[I found this. In 1938 Hitler united Austria, where he had been born, with Germany. It was an enormously popular move, but don’t expect to hear that from the “Allied historians”.

In the spring of 1938, some 20,000 Nazi supporters attended a “Day of Unity” rally held at the Luna Park stadium in Buenos Aires to celebrate the Anschluss. So here are photos of the happy NAZIs in Argentina! Jan]
