[The number of forces are a lot less than I thought, based on the initial information. It seems to be in the region of 400 to 2,000 troops which includes Free Russians. However, the Ukrainians seem to have good anti-air cover which means the Russian Air Force is struggling. It could be that this invasion will last for a few weeks before the Russians push them back. We need to see how strong the Russians are. This attack is in a region where the Ukrainians have never attacked before. We will have to see how long this fight continues or whether the Ukrainians can remain in this little part of Russia. This will be very interesting. I wonder what those fools MacGregor and Ritter will say about this? Jan]
