[Some news from someone in Canada regarding True-Dope if he goes down the Emergency Laws (declares a State of Emergency):

I am swamped with information to publish.

Reality is this .. there is no law enforcement.

Secondly, apparently Trudeau is going to invoke the federal Emergency Act formerly the War Measures Act.

The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and the Emergencies Act cannot over ride it not even during a national emergency.
