Just a quick note. Over the years, I’ve had my own experiences regarding health tips that I’ve come across that I found worked for me: e.g. Vitamin D, C, etc.

When I had shingles someone gave me an interesting tip.

And then someone else told me about a chemical that the body can’t manufacture: Lysine. I can’t remember why they recommended it, but I was told it’s a chemical that our bodies can’t make. So I took a supplement of it as an experiment. I used to have "eye floaters" in my eyes. In recent weeks, I noticed that I don’t see these eye floaters any more. Then while looking through various notes I discovered that I had watched a video by an American doctor who said that if you take Lysine that it will get rid of eye floaters. And indeed, that has definitely happened to me.

I’ve been so pleased by some of the tips people told me FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE that I thought I should invite more such tips.

One of my American Pals has a German professor who is now 103 years old and still able to function!!! I want to hear everything that the old guy has to tell us.

Anyone who makes it to the age of 90 has really achieved something so we need to find out what they are doing.

For men: You need weight training when you get older! It’s a must!
