[I like this out-of-the-box thinking. The Germans, shortly after WW2 actually had similar ideas which they were sure they could make work, but the USA, etc killed the German ideas. Here, however is an idea the French tried, which I think is pretty hot! As always … Whites lead the charge of technology!!! Jan]
