[This looks like a good analysis. This mention of lawsuits makes a lot of sense. Furthermore, there is one lawsuit about antisemitism and bullying by a Jewish hag who used to work for Fox. The lawsuits could probably hurt Fox a lot, and that would explain the firing of Tucker. Either way Tucker has done amazing stuff, and I'm happy to see that he might team up with Glenn Beck.
