NEW BILL BEFORE CONGRESS:
- $800 insurance per year to own guns.
- Psych eval once every 3 years to own guns, including 24 hours training
- Can’t loan guns to anyone without explicit government permission
- 21 year old minimum to own a gun
- No magazines above 11 rounds.
