THIS IS VERY HARD WORK AND IT REQUIRES A LOT OF EFFORT AND YOU GET VERY LITTLE IN RETURN. IT WILL TAKE ENORMOUS AMOUNTS OF WORK TO MOVE FORWARD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH DOING MOUNTAINS OF WORK BUT I WANT THE PEOPLE I ENGAGE WITH TO ALSO BE CONSTRUCTIVE AND TO WORK IN A WAY THAT MOVES US ALL FORWARD AND THAT’S WHAT I’M WILLING TO OFFER. IF PEOPLE WANT MY TIME THEN THEY MUST ALSO SUPPORT ME. I HAVE SUPPORTED THEM AND MANY OTHERS AND THEN FOUND THAT THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK. IF WE ARE TO GO ANYWHERE, THEN WE WILL HAVE TO WORK OUR ASSES OFF AND WE WILL HAVE TO DO LOTS OF UNPLEASANT THINGS AND I’M PREPARED TO DO MY BIT, BUT OTHER PEOPLE HAD BETTER DO THEIR PIECE TOO. LIFE IS A TWO WAY STREET. AND I AM FURIOUS THAT PEOPLE CAN SIT AND DO NOTHING BUT FAULT FINDING WHILE NOT BEING WILLING TO DO ANY CONSTRUCTIVE WORK. AND FOR US TO MOVE FORWARD AS A PEOPLE WE HAVE TO PULL OUR FINGERS OUT OF OUR ASSES. THERE ARE NO FREE LUNCHES IN THE REAL, BRUTAL WORLD.
