War in Africa is Crazy – This is why Boers can easily pack a huge punch

[These are comments of mine to someone who sent me some Rhodesian military stuff about Blacks not really knowing how to shoot properly. Jan]

I’ve heard people talk of this but never read it in a Rhodesian military book. It could easily be true. The general info from troops was that Blacks tended to shoot too high. The comment that warfare in Africa is truly unbelievable is true, and this is why I remain totally convinced, from what I’ve observed of Boers and Whites and Blacks, that we could do some pretty wild things – despite our small numbers. People don’t believe in themselves. That’s all. This is why you guys in America and Europe have nothing to fear. You folks, could bury EVERYONE. Even we in Africa could pack a punch, with minimal weapons that you folks would not believe possible. It’s the non-military Whites who think we need to cringe and go and negotiate with Blacks, Chinese, and other fools. None of this is necessary. We must just STAND OUR GROUND the way our race has always done. Thanks very much for this. Take care.
