This is about the difference between the struggles of the White Right compared to when you are among White Liberals. It is a completely different world, and here are things I learned from that time.This is about the very early years of my activism when wild things were going down in Zimbabwe and Whites were under attack and thousands of White farmers were being driven off the land.


[One of my supporters in Europe is big into carnivore diets and has been speaking about it for years. One thing I've discovered from my own digging into health, for myself, especially as I age, is that you lose muscle as you get older and this leads to people falling and this leads directly to death for older people. Now to get and retain MUSCLE, you need PROTEIN. Protein is the most important thing you need so that your body builds muscle and fixes damage. I found, from my own experiments, that Chicken and red meat definitely have PROTEIN in big quantities. Fish also has protein and the best vegetable for protein is Lentils. But MOST VEGETABLES AND FRUITS HAVE VIRTUALLY NO PROTEIN. So if you want to build muscle, you MUST eat a good lot of protein in your diet. It's critical. Just vegetables alone are not good enough. Hitler tried to make the Germans into vegetarians, but most of them never did that. They continued to eat meat. Jan]
