[I think this guy is a General. The Ukrainians seem to be about to lose Kursk, but using these weapons in that small area these Western weapons can kill any number of Russians that Putin throws in there. Ukraine is therefore NOT going to lose Kursk. The USA and UK are seeing to that. This is to make life very hard for Putin even in peace talks. Jan]
