[It is interesting to see the Russians actually using some Hypersonic missiles against Ukraine. They used about 6 the other day. The Ukranians can't shoot them down. But the other side of the story is that the Russians clearly can't just flood Ukraine with these missiles because Russia also has to watch its war stocks. But it's quite fascinating to see this barrage of hypersonic missiles that the Russians fired about 2 days ago. This Russian attack is apparently the most effective one they've ever carried out of their 15 massed missile attacks since October. They use a variety of different types of missiles. Some are easier to shoot down than others. But the Ukranians can't shoot down the hypersonic missiles and some of the other faster missiles. But these weapons are also expensive so the Russians must watch their stockpiles. Jan]
