White Shop: Communist Safari 1979 Rhodesia Light Infantry T-Shirt
The Rhodesian Light Infantry was an all-White unit.

[The collapse of Eskom in SA is excellent. I really don't care for this organisation. These organisations have driven out lots of experienced whites from their ranks. Now the situation is deteriorating. Where I live, I've not had an outage in quite a while. Maybe a few weeks. But because I run on solar power, I don't notice unless I want to make coffee or some food or my lights go out. So even when it does go out, I don't take much notice. I've hacked my own setup together. But this should show you that the path is downwards!!!! Jan]

HEADS UP! ESKOM WARNS IT MIGHT IMPLEMENT LOAD SHEDDING AT SHORT NOTICE

The utility said two generation units have been forced to shut down over the past 24 hours adding to those on maintenance and currently on the breakdown.

JOHANNESBURG – Eskom said the national grid is currently constrained and has once again warned that it could be forced to implement load shedding at short notice.

The utility said two generation units have been forced to shut down over the past 24 hours adding to those on maintenance and currently on the breakdown.

Eskom is appealing on South Africans to use electricity sparingly and despite the constraints, it said rotation power cuts are not on the cards for Thursday and Friday.

Spokesperson Sikonathi Mantshantsha said: “Should there be any significant increase in breakdowns, load shedding may have to be implemented at short notice. Eskom teams are working around the clock to return as many of these units to service as possible. Should it become necessary, Eskom will communicate timeously.”

6 Pics: When South Africa was White and VIBRANT! - The Hanging building!
This building still exists in Johannesburg. It was already built and looking great in the mid-1980s when I came to work in Johannesburg. Someone back then told me that the floors of this building are hanging. I did not quite know what to think of it, but its design is strange and when you look at the bottom, youll see the whole building is held up by a central column. (Just like those buildings of 911).
