My Doctor ordered me off of fizzy soft drinks and I took the very painful step years ago. This is EXCELLENT. It's filled with far too much bad sugar. Fizzy soft drinks are very bad for you. If you go for things like Red Bull, that's even worse. I used to be hooked on these things. This is a massive change, but it's truly worth it. You will save your own life and lose lots of weight.
