Trump at a rally in Los Vegas, Nevada talked about No Tax On Tips and dropped this gem. He said that he maybe could end all taxes on the people by tariffs instead, as he explained it used to be before 1913.
The news made no comments about this huge idea.

Trump addressed the idea about serving a third term. He joked, a third and fourth term, and said no.

I am very excited that Trump wants to return to how it was before 1913 when as he said, the US was very rich.
