RACE WAR: How many Whites and Red Indians died in the Indian wars in the USA?

I was watching a video from an American guy talking about Race, when he made a statement that interested me a lot. I had wondered how many Indians the whites actually killed.

He said that in the Indian wars, that the whites had killed 45,000 Indians and that 20,000 Whites had died.

I was quite astounded by the high number of whites who died. I assume this is also from attacks on civilians?

But I was surprised at the statement of 45,000 Indian deaths. It is lower than I’d expected from 200 – 250 years of Race War.
