I have a few additional comments: 1) somehow by instinct or by experience, I myself have lived by nearly all of the principles advocated by this book, I am glad to say, even though I am only now reading it; and 2) the music of Anton Bruckner is more than "music"; it is an EXPERIENCE. (Bruckner was the most famous son of Linz, Austria until a fellow named Adolf Hitler came along. He also happened to be Hitler’s favorite composer after Richard Wagner of course.)
I will also give you this quotation to tie all of this together: "Struggle is the father of all things, virtue lies in the blood, and leadership is primary and decisive." -Adolf Hitler
