[WTV is back online. They're not running fully smoothly. But they're at least online. I'd like to make some kind of contact either with the owner of WTV or someone close to him/them. If you know any such people please let me know. I have wondered what's been going wrong there. It seems to me that people who come on to WTV then cause massive legal problems. I'm not sure how. Jan]
