Biden Admin Ignored Covid ‘Vaccine’ Risks While Pushing Mandates, Secret Docs Show

Newly unsealed secret government documents have revealed that former President Joe Biden’s administration was warned of the risks to public health from Covid mRNA injections but chose to enforce “vaccine” mandates anyway.

The alarming new disclosure was revealed in documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

The political watchdog group behind the lawsuit, Judicial Watch, has just released 91 pages of documents from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The documents reveal an alarming two-tiered pandemic response.

According to the documents, the Biden administration’s plan was to enforce an aggressive “vaccine” mandate for millions of healthcare workers and establish an ineffective compensation program for those injured or killed by the injections.

According to a November 2021 internal memo marked “CLOSE HOLD,” HHS planned to enforce Covid “vaccination” for over 17 million healthcare employees via emergency rulemaking.

The order was issued to enforce the mandate regardless of exemptions or individual risk factors.

Simultaneously, of the 4,682 injury or death claims submitted under the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, only one had been deemed eligible.

However, that single case remains unpaid.

Of course, the government has paid out a few more claims.

Nevertheless, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) has been an abject failure.

Meanwhile, the non-profit advocacy React19 has given out more care-enabling grants than the actual government via its Care Fund.

The fund is now open and available for military members.

The new FOIA disclosures raise troubling questions about accountability.

While the federal government was compelling “vaccination” as a condition of employment for tens of thousands of medical facilities, it offered little in return for those injured or killed by the injections.

Of course, this contradiction is nothing new.

The memo states that 90% of claims were stalled pending medical documentation, suggesting a bureaucratic backlog that effectively neutered the program’s purpose.

Moreover, only three claims had been denied outright, implying the vast majority of cases existed in a limbo neither approved nor rejected—a silent stalling tactic, critics argue.

Additional memos reveal HHS was simultaneously funding telehealth expansion for family planning services via a $35 million allocation to the Office of Population Affairs.

The agency was also conducting targeted “vaccine” rollout and testing programs in “Indian Country.”

These programs were publicly framed as “equitable outreach” by the Biden administration.

However, Judicial Watch suggests they reflect a top-down social engineering effort coordinated under the Biden administration’s “Build Back Better” agenda, not grassroots public health.

Judicial Watch frames these documents as part of a broader pattern of non-transparency, policy overreach, and politicized science.

The group, long critical of pandemic policy, notes these memos are consistent with other revelations it has uncovered.

Other disclosures range from gain-of-function research ties to the Wuhan lab to “vaccine” safety testing based on alarmingly small sample sizes, and signs of early FDA/NIH knowledge of safety and efficacy gaps.

While the documents confirm some public assumptions, they also suggest the U.S. government made sweeping decisions with limited regard for individual risk or compensation.

This contradiction at the heart of pandemic-era policy is still reverberating in 2025.
