[Alex Linder has some excellent insights into how Gab should have handled Weev’s banning. He knows what he’s talking about. I hope Torba doesn’t start chickening out now. Apparently Torba said that Weev had been warned several times. But they say that Weev said much worse things before Twitter banned him.

There’s the ACCEPTED LEGAL STANDARD for determining ILLEGAL INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE (Brandenburg).
The rest is mere opinion.
“Don’t post illegal material” is all the TOS you need. “If posted, will be removed, and court orders complied with.”

If one race, jews, is trying genocide another race, whites, then how can violent resistance not be a legitimate topic of discussion?
I don’t even think the Brandenburg LEGAL standard for incitement can be reached on the internet because it demands ‘imminence.’

This little book makes a fascinating study (dont miss parts 5 & 6). The mysterious author of this was EXCEPTIONALLY well-versed in the history of the Middle East & the Jews.
