During a 2016 Presidential debate with Hillary Clinton, then-candidate Donald Trump was asked if he would like to see the Supreme Court overturn Roe v Wade.

Trump responded by saying if “we put another two or perhaps three justices on that will happen.”

He also called out Hillary over abortions being done just days before the babies will be born.

“Well if we put another two or perhaps three justices on that will happen. That will happen automatically in my opinion because I am putting pro-life justices on the court. I will say this it will go back to the states and the states will then make a determination.”

Never-Trumpers throughout the 2016 election accused Trump of lying about this saying he would not appoint Conservative justices.

They even smeared Trump by saying he stood with Planned Parenthood.

Throughout the first term of President Donald Trump, he nominated three justices for the Supreme Court – Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.

All three voted to overturn Roe v Wade.
