IQ: Do Asians fake their test results?

I have never heard of this, but here is a comment that I looked at, from one of my readers said this:

Asians fake their numbers. I worked at a government school in Riyadh and teachers were told to pass students who scored 50% and above. The normal pass score was 60%.
