This building still exists in Johannesburg. It was already built and looking great in the mid-1980s when I came to work in Johannesburg. Someone back then told me that the floors of this building are hanging. I did not quite know what to think of it, but its design is strange and when you look at the bottom, youll see the whole building is held up by a central column. (Just like those buildings of 911).

[The way that the Russian Media played this is pure genius. This could be a huge morale boost for the Russians. Huge. They used American TV brilliantly. For the US, this is bad. But rest assured the US Military will clamp down on security like never before. This embarrassment will be rectified. It's a bummer for the young White guy. But when you are in the military, the rules are firm and nasty and there are good reasons for that. He's going to get some serious jail time I'm afraid.
