IMPORTANT: Jack Andrew Renshaw – A White man in Britain in jail for life WRONGFULLY!

[This is from Mike Whitby, who runs 2 excellent sites. I've never heard of this case before. But he is well versed with it and this White man, Jack Renshaw was lied about and set up. This sounds like a total rerun of Reverend Matt Hale who got a 40 year jail sentence for NOTHING. Matt did NOT hurt anyone. He never committed a crime. As you will see below, I have not been allowed to communicate with him for a very long time. The more people that learn of the appalling manner in which Jack is being held, the sooner he can receive some level of justice.

Also, if you are one of those people who have accepted the lies and deceit told about Jack, please read the attached document. If, after reading it, you STILL believe he is Guilty, then you need a reality check-up!

Meanwhile, please be aware that there are some people around our movement who choose to believe that Jack IS a nonce and they have accepted the lies and deceit of our enemy; and one or two have even embellished the lies told by the media.

You must ask yourself why such people would choose to condemn and attack a fellow patriot without allowing him an opportunity to defend himself. If anyone would like some more information as to who has been spreading damned lies about Jack, please let me know and I’ll send you the evidence.

If YOU were sent to prison, wouldn’t you expect those on the outside to check the facts, rather than simply accept the word of our enemy? I would.

Dear Governor Wheatley,

I write to request permission to contact and/or visit my friend and former client Jack Renshaw, who is serving a life sentence at HMP Wakefield.

Along with being his friend, I was previously a Common Law Advocate for the above prisoner and we communicated regularly for a couple of years.

I am an OAP and have never charged anyone for my common law assistance, and would like to communicate with my friend again, to reassure him that I and my wife are still concerned for his welfare.

I regularly wrote to him in both my capacity as his Common Law Advocate, under Rule 39, and also informally as a friend, and I always adhered to the prison code of not speaking about certain things.

However, from 2018 I experienced a considerable amount of unlawful prejudice from certain members of staff at HMP Wakefield, including the former Governor.

Without going into too much detail, I was not allowed to visit my client/friend without giving evidence of my biometric system, which I was unwilling to oblige, as such a condition is unlawful. Also, I was not given any warning of that condition prior to travelling for three hours.

I was then kept waiting on the prison premises for a further two and a half hours, to have a meeting with the Governor’s assistant. Although he was on the premises, I was given several excuses as to why “it may take some time for him to come to you” at your Reception and speak with me. He never arrived and I was unable to see a prison officer, or my client.

Our arrangement was for me to meet the Governor or his assistant to hand him a copy of a letter that I had sent to my client three months earlier, and several more times after that, without my client ever being handed it. Despite that letter being devoid of anything alarming or illegal, it was unlawfully withheld from him.

That meeting was purposely arranged for two hours prior to me being admitted into the prison to visit my client, as the prison rules precluded me from handing it to him in person.

Shortly after that disgraceful incident I complained to the Governor and subsequently to the Prison Service Executive Director, High Security & Long Term Estate for HM Prison.

From that point on, and without any lawful reason, I was no longer allowed to communicate with my client/friend in any way whatever. My letters, birthday and Christmas cards were withheld without any member of the prison staff informing me.

Although my client is a well mannered man and had always replied to my communications, I no longer received any replies. I eventually discovered through other friends/contacts that my client had not received anything from me for a very long time.

I have continued to send him Birthday and Christmas cards for the past four years and he has not received any of them. This is not just unfair, it is unlawful and appalling, as HM Prison Service is meant to uphold the law and not break it, but my experience has shown that certain prisoners appear to be treated well, while others are not.

Please let me know if I will now be allowed to write to and visit my friend, without being subjected to any harmful or unlawful conditions.
