WW2: Mussolini did not believe in RACE – He was a lot of trouble for Hitler

I wrote this:
You make good points about Mussolini. I also saw in my own reading that he never grasped RACE. Hitler had to force him to sign an agreement on that in 1938. Mussolini did so many bad things. Like you say a few odd bits of brilliance and someone who broke through against the system. But otherwise not good. He did hideous things like invading Whites in Greece and Albania. Leon De Grelle says Italy (but really Mussolini) stuffed things up for the Germans. Mussolini’s party also allowed JEWS in it! And I think one of his mistresses or his main mistress was Jewish. Hitler saved Mussolini over and over. The Italians weren’t bad people but they were led by someone who was not a Hitler/Napoleon.
