An American friend sent me a link to a letter that Trump wrote on 4 February 2021. To my utter amazement Trump signs his letter as PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP! So there is no way that Trump actually acknowledges Biden as the President.
Sadly, the image is a bit small. I’ll try to grab a copy of it and post it.
But yes, Trump clearly does NOT recognise Biden as a current sitting President!!!
