What is the Death Toll in the Ukraine war really?

The War in Ukraine has been going on for 11 months now. I’ve been debating with people what the death toll really is. Both the Russians and Ukrainians are keeping LOTS of information secret. It’s actually very difficult to follow the war in any meaningful way these days.
I was looking back at earlier statistics I had from both sides as well as various statements made.
It seems the estimate for the total number of Russians dead now, after 11 months of fighting is 117,000. This is the total number DEAD – not injured. DEAD.
My estimate of the efficiency of the Ukrainians, is that they are probably being killed at a slightly lower rate than the Russians, OR, at HALF the rate of the Russians.
So I would give the thumsuck that the Ukranian death told is at a maximum 100,000 dead so far, or, as low at 60,000 so far.
There was a point where a Ukrainian official admitted 350 Ukranians were being killed per day – and this matches the Russian average for the whole year. But I don’t think the Ukranians always lose that number of men per day. At times it has been much lower.
If I had to guess, I would say the Ukranians have lost a minimum of 60,000 dead and a maximum of 100,000 dead in 11 months of war.
And the Russians have lost 120,000 dead in 11 months of war.
If anyone finds other examples of statistics I’m always interested.
Video: Decapitation: How the Boers dealt with violent crowds of Blacks
A young Boer I knew, Gilbert, told me of the time in the early 1990s when he served in the South African Army and was stationed in the townships. He described the tactics the Boers used to smash violent black crowds with a minimum loss of life.
