What is HAARP really? – Turkey Earthquake Caused by US-Backed HAARP Attack? Conspiracy Theories as Strange Blue Lightening Seen in Skies Seconds Before First Earthquake

I see people pushing these types of theories. I looked into HAARP many years ago and dug into it. HAARP is nothing more than a special "Over the Horizon Radar". It was meant to detect ICBMS coming to North America. It’s nothing more than that.

So I don’t take that seriously.

When I saw this quake in Turkey I did wonder whether this could have been artificially created. That thought did cross my mind because Turkey is a trouble maker. I have wondered if the US Military has ways of using climate or some other method of harming a nation. I know they’ve looked into it. But I would need to see some actual evidence of it.

I am not a fan of Turkey. So I see this as something good for Western Civilisation.
