Video: US General who commanded Europe thinks Ukraine could win the War in 2023

[This US General was in command in Europe. He's now retired. He thinks the Ukranians can actually beat the Russians this year. HOWEVER he says this based on a big CONDITION. This is why I've been wanting to see what those German Leopard tanks can do when the Ukrainian Offensive starts. The Russian offensive was a huge flop. Now we'll have to see, between now and June, when do the Ukranians go on the attack. That is going to show us whether those tanks can be a game changer – even if they are not many.
