[News blackouts normally mean military stuff is going on. That's standard (and wise) procedures that all First World armies use. There might be something big going on in the south in Ukraine. The British aircraft this guy is talking about is a military spy plane. The NSA has been using such things for decades. It's sucking up tons and tons of data in the area, for analysis. So if the British are there monitoring, rest assured so is the USA and they know stuff. So this could be serious. Jan]
