[I was watching this story about a hacker and then began to wonder if he was a Liberal, and true as nuts he was. Take special note that even he admitted that much of his early achievements were not actually technical but they consisted of managing to get people to give him information. His name is Kevin Mitnick. I'm not fully convinced of Liberal technical superiority. Most of our people are much better. I don't think Liberals are that technical or scientific.
