[I never realised how fast torpedoes actually go. In this list of the fastest torpedoes are ones from WW2, and even then, they could go faster than 80 Km/Hr!!! Even "normal" torpedoes, from Japan, could reach 160+ Km/hr and there may be new generations of torpedoes that could exceed 300 Km/Hr. I was stunned even by some of the WW2 stuff. I did not know that many torpedoes could exceed 100 Km/hr. Wow! Jan]
