Video: IMPORTANT: Are there personal struggles & clashes among Putin and his top people?

[This seems to be very strange, even to me. The General that Putin had recently put in, is the guy who specialised in creating what you could call, The Syria Strategy. This is where the Russians use missiles and artillery to flatten infrastructure at a distance. It seemed clear that this General was pretty nasty but always successful in the past. All of a sudden, this guy is being replaced with someone who does not seem to be so effective. This is pretty strange. I am curious to see how Russian strategy progresses. But to me this looks like a big step backwards for Putin and I wonder why? Is there in-fighting at the top? Jan]
