[If this analysis by the Times in Britain is correct, then this is a great thing for the Ukrainians. It really breaks the Russians out of their firm belief in Putin. This British Professor says that he thinks the psychological and political benefits are greater than the military benefits. I differ on the military side of it. I think this is a carefully planned "Military Experiment" and we will be able to measure it's success in the coming days or weeks. This could be a very critical military experiment. Jan]
