This is a good analysis. Kyiv is big. It is more than 6x bigger than Mariupol where the Russians have taken about 2 weeks to get control of it. Some of the Russian heavy artillery is in place and firing. BUT … as with all the Russian moves, the Russians have long supply lies and lots more troops will be needed. This is just the beginning.
This is the real battle we need to watch and this is where we will see if the Ukrainians, led by the Jew rat, are willing to hold out. As a rule, Whites fight intensely for their homes, so I expect that unless the Jew rat stuffs this up, the Whites would fight like crazy.
The question is how long will this take the Russians? My first guess is that if the Ukrainians put up a good fight, this might take 3 months. We are looking at a modern Stalingrad. But, but, but … the Russians have a LOT of supplying to do over a big area, so they could come under attacks all along the areas they control. So the battle of Kyiv will not just be in Kyiv itself but it will stretch perhaps up to 200 Km away from Kyiv. The Russians will need lots of supplies and lots of troops. This is not small. We are watching the beginning of the biggest battle since WW2. This is a miniature Stalingrad. Rest assured, even the Russians know this won’t be easy. But again, it depends on the determination of the Ukrainians to hold on to it.
This is of course baby stuff compared to WW2.
This is the real battle I want to watch. This is the biggest battle of this war, and for the Ukrainians, losing their capital will be a big downer for them. So chances are, if given a chance, they’ll fight really hard for it. I think when this is over, you’ll see deaths to the tune of tens of thousands of White men. When the Russians win this battle, the Ukrainians will lose a lot of morale. So I think this has the potential to be extremely intensive. This will be the battle that defines the whole war.
