18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

U.S. Laws define the subject with great clarity. As you can see at the link provided, there are actually numerous forms of treason, and numerous ways someone can, and some do, commit treason in the USA, none moreso than our elected, appointed or hired public servants.

1. Treason.

2. Misprision of treason.

3. Rebellion or insurrection.

4. Seditious conspiracy.

5. Advocating overthrow of Government.

6. Registration of certain organizations.

7. Activities affecting armed forces generally.

8. Activities affecting armed forces during war.

9. Recruiting for service against United States.

10. Enlistment to serve against United States.

At 249-years old, you would think that we would have some examples of cases wherein politicians guilty of treason, have been charged, tried, convicted and punished for their acts. But no, not so much!

In particular, members of our Federal Government seem to be entirely immune to charges of treason or seditious activities, despite the many events of the same over many years. Our laws establish that “death” is the proper sentence for anyone convicted of treason. Yet, no one has been put to death, even once they have been tried and convicted.

Since the turn of the 20th century, only ten (10) persons have ever been tried and/or convicted of treason in the United States, none of them put to death. None of the ten were members of our Federal Government either.

The last person tried and convicted on treason in the USA was Tomoya Kawakita, sentenced to death for treason in 1952, but eventually released by President John F. Kennedy to be deported to Japan.

Since then, our government, full of treasonous bastards, has never charged anyone with treason, espacially anyone in government, including those who openly launched the greatest mass foreign invasion of our country in 249-years, or those involved in the efforts to surrender our country to the likes of Nazi Klaus Schwab and his evil WEF!

If our “public servants” are free to commit acts of treason against the USA at will, what kind of country do we really have?

Whatever it is…it’s no longer “constitutional.”
