Hi Supporters,
Matt’s brother Mark made me aware that Matt had applied for compassionate release. There was a post to Matt’s criminal case file made in February, 2023 regarding the denial of this request. Please see the attached.
It would have been great for Matt to be released in time to see him great mother before her passing, but we know that compassion and this government don’t go together. Furthermore, they would like to perpetuate the fiction that Matt solicited a murder of a federal judge, for which the evidence is lacking.
