The Bible: Jesus was in space…

I came across an interesting lecture by an academic, who mentioned that in various old Jewish texts on which the Bible is based, that Jesus was actually in space – by technical modern terms.

I’ve not seen where he’s actually posted it, but he said that in those old texts, there was mention of being higher than the clouds but lower than the Moon. Something like that. That there are "levels" of heaven, above the clouds. Something along those lines.

So the academic, who is an expert on ancient history, said that, by today’s standards, Jesus and perhaps other Bible characters were in what we would now call space.
