South Africa going into total lock down with immediate effect

Ramaphosa is currently on TV stating that the lock down will go into effect immediately. I’m not sure if this is for 4 months?

He openly mentions the Jewish Oppenheimers & the Ruperts that they will “give R1 billion.

A quick note: My sense of this is that this will create lots of chaos and problems for the country. This will be a mess.
