I forgot to mention: Putin ordered his troops to drive the Ukrainians out of Kursk region by 1st October 2024. Rest assured, that is TOTALLY IMPOSIBBLE. That cannot happen. The Russians are struggling to amass enough forces, especially tanks to be able to fight in Kursk.
