My Note to an American re: Someone who said Putin’s Nukes are a bluff

[Another American was passing a note around where someone said Putin's nukes are a bluff and are not real. He definitely did not believe that. I told him what I learned from my own analysis over the years. Jan]

This is what I wrote:
Russia does have nukes and is dangerous, however the USA has superior technology.I have dealt with this ad nauseum in several videos of mine.
Yes Russia has nukes – can Russia defeat the USA or Europe in a nuclear war: NO – because America is way ahead of the game.
America will know when the Russians make the slightest preparations and will smash Russia.
I’ve done several videos on this with all the proofs of American superiority going back to "Oxcart" a secret plane the CIA had in the 1960s which regularly flew over Russian military bases.

Putin DOES BLUFF – but Putin and his Generals know – THE USA CAN AND WILL SMASH THEM.
The head of the CIA even met with them and told them this in recent years.
US Generals have made it clear to them. The Russians know the USA is superior.
So they bluff, but they will NEVER DARE to attack the USA or Europe.
The USA will know WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME – because preparations are complex.
The Russians know America is superior and will bash them.
That’s the real game.
