BIZARRE: Russia: Scientists to create a genetic weapon against Anglo-Saxons
This is a bizarre story from Russia. I have the link to the original Moscow Times article in Russian which you are welcome to translate. I have published the translation as well as the original text. Now you will see the crazy type of stuff Russians publish in Russia.

[One of my supporters recently wrote to me and said that he did not approve of the video I published where a woman spoke about male sexual health. Jan]

This is what the supporter wrote:
Greetings Jan. Recently you shared in your emails a youtube video about sexual health/orgasm/ejaculation, etc. The woman in the video said orgasm was good for you and necessary for health. I disagree. There is a new trend among young males and a few women called no fap/semen retention which is basically celibacy. Old medical texts talk about the physical cost of reproduction on the body and how less sexual activity leads to longer life, greater energy and enhanced creativity.

This was my reply:-
The reason I published that video is because I have read that scientists have studied men and discovered that if they ejaculate less than a certain number of times per month (21 times) that their chances of getting prostate cancer is higher. It seemed to me this woman was aware of this and that’s why I published the video.

I’ve even sent off an email to my Doctor to ask him what his view is on this matter. I will see what he says in his reply.

One of my neighbours, an old White man, died of Prostate cancer more than a decade ago. I suggest you look up how long it takes to die of prostate cancer and what the complications can be. My neighbour took a long time to die from it. It’s nasty. I don’t take Prostate cancer lightly.

You should also keep in mind that men and women are ANIMALS, and it doesn’t matter what social rules we have, we are animals and we have the same drives as other mammals. There is a book that I will still be using for videos about the differences between men and women. The Human Male’s sex drive is no different to that of rats. The human male has an animal desire to have sex with lots of women. Male mammals basically try to have sex with as many different females as they can, and male mammals actually get bored with the same female. Women are the opposite. A woman wants more sex with her existing partner. Scientists have even tested these things with rats. In our ancient past Whites (e.g. Aryans) were polygamous. Whatever social rules we have for ourselves can conflict with our actual biology.

Our fathers, mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers had a lot more sex than we do. Notice how our testosterone levels are the lowest in history. I have come across a lot of references to modern married couples having very little sex. Sexless marriages seem to be very common in the West with couples having sex as little as once a month. Women don’t have the same level of sex drive as men do, and men might actually be suffering from health problems as a result of this.

What you need to keep in mind is that it doesn’t matter what social norms you have, we are animals, and if our social norms clash with our biology, then we could create health problems for ourselves.

Regarding Celibacy: That’s something that Christians and other spiritual people try to do. Kellogs Cornflakes for example was invented by a Christian in the belief that it reduced the sex drive of people. Christians tried hard to reduce their sex drive in the past.

But nowadays, men (White men) have the lowest testosterone levels in history and this is extremely bad. We’re dying out as a race because of this. When I was young, I did celibacy for a long time. I found it extremely frustrating. Eventually I couldn’t do it any more. Nowadays I just regard it as unhealthy nonsense.

One of my young supporters asked me a year or so ago whether masturbation was bad and I pointed him to the study below.

As a result of your email, I did some quick digging into the matter and what I found confirms what I’ve read in recent years:-

There is some research suggesting a potential link between the frequency of male ejaculation and a reduced risk of prostate cancer, though the exact relationship is not definitively proven.

A notable study published in 2016 in the journal European Urology analyzed data from the Health Professionals Follow-up Study, which followed approximately 32,000 men over an 18-year period. The researchers found that men who reported higher ejaculation frequency (about 21 times per month or more) had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less frequently. The proposed mechanism suggests that regular ejaculation might help flush out potentially harmful substances or reduce the buildup of prostate fluid that could lead to inflammation.

However, while this study indicated an association between frequent ejaculation and a lower risk of prostate cancer, it does not establish causation. Other factors, such as overall lifestyle, diet, genetics, and physical activity, also play significant roles in prostate health.

Key Points to Consider:
Ejaculation Frequency: The study found that men who ejaculated more often were less likely to develop prostate cancer, but the threshold of "21 times" was based on participant averages and not a prescriptive guideline.

Balanced View: Ejaculation frequency is only one factor among many that may influence prostate cancer risk. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, regular checkups, and attention to other risk factors (such as diet and family history) are crucial.

More Research Needed: While the findings are interesting, more studies are needed to confirm this link and understand the underlying reasons behind it.

In conclusion, there is some evidence suggesting that more frequent ejaculation may be associated with a lower risk of prostate cancer, but it is not an established medical recommendation to reach a specific number like 21 times per month.

Video: How Rhodesia & South Africa killed 1 million+ Blacks after Portuguese Collapse
This is the story of something that the Rhodesians kicked off in desperation after the Portuguese had collapsed. Its effect lasted decades and huge numbers of Blacks died and it had massive effects on a Black nation. In this video I also discuss many deeper things including my discussions with President PW Botha.
