[A supporter sent me this message. The problem with earthquakes and volcanoes is that it is virtually impossible for us to tell when they will blow. I used to be fascinated, decades ago about claims of big earthquakes that would soon happen in California or the US West Coast. Nowadays I don't bother. I think the scientists are in a much better place to tell us the risks. Keep in mind, these super volcanoes are very nasty, but they also only happen very rarely. They can destroy a lot of life on EARTH through a single eruption. But the chance of that eruption being now is almost zero. I would not worry. Jan]

Hi Jan, 67 per cent depopulation in the US would be easy, just cut off all welfare checks and deactivate food for free cards. Kick the foreigners out of their free hotels. There would be a rush to the border of people leaving these dysfunctional states of America. On a lighter note, Yellowstone is acting up. There will be a significant loss of life in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana when someday it actually blows its top, but on the plus side, a little volcanic ash is great fertilizer for the soil adding many nutrients and minerals.
