I was chatting today to someone I know here in South Africa who traveled to Germany recently. The lady was telling me that in Germany, the COVID propaganda is on all the time. She said from the morning to the night, the ONLY thing you hear on the German media is COVID, COVID, COVID. She says there is no other news. Nothing exists except COVID!
She said that there are COVID Police who check your masks and who can fine you.
She said that any store can ask you for proof of your vaccine status, etc.
She said it’s crazy. She said it was far better to return to South Africa.
So it seems to me they are trying their utmost to get the Germans to be vaccinated. This is bad indeed.
She was almost happy to return to South Africa.
