2 Boers I know are now down with serious cancer. One thing people don’t realise in this country is that we eat extremely unhealthy food. Our diets are dreadful and people drink lots of fizzy drinks. A lot of these foods are a license for cancer. My own Doctor who is a Boer, and a very healthy one, reminded me endlessly for several years to get the hell away from fizzy drinks. It was one of (many) really hard things I did. You have to change your diet a lot.

The simplest healthiest diet you can eat are: vegetables, meat and fruits that are grown on a normal farm. Try to stay away from most things in tin cans and jars. We also have huge amounts of sugar and sweet things in the shops.

SUGAR = CANCER – it not only gives you diabetes, but you can get cancer. Cancer risks can be MASSIVELY REDUCED but you need to start 10 to 20 years early. One of the guys I know is dying from Cancer. The other guy has: Cancer in his: Liver, stomach and lungs. You need to watch what the hell you eat. We are killing ourselves with the rubbish we buy in the shops. These days when I walk into a supermarket, I ignore 99.9% of the products in the supermarket. I buy very specific things and nothing else.
