IMPORTANT NOTE: How to download Videos or Audio from my websites

[This is a note I wrote to someone who was having a problem downloading my videos. I've been quite shocked that there are people asking me this question. I had tried to make this as easy as possible. Read my reply below and contact me if you still have problems. Jan]
It is concerning me that you are not the only person to ask me whether videos can be downloaded off my website. I have always allowed the downloading of videos off my website and I thought I had made it as easy as possible for people. So I am very surprised that I’m getting this email from multiple people.
Let me ask you: HOW DO YOU VIEW MY VIDEOS? Are you viewing them using a PC or a phone? What device are you using to view my videos?
If you look at it on a PC in a browser, you will see as you scroll down, a box with the word: "VIDEO" above it. And further down, you’ll see the play button to click which will run the video. Immediately below that video screen is this big bold blue link: "Right-Click here to download the Video"
All you do is hover your mouse over it and right-click it and you’ll get an option to download and save the video onto your device. And that’s all you need to do to get a copy of any of my videos.
I do something else that nobody does. I also have an AUDIO copy of my videos, for the people who don’t want to see the picture, but who ONLY want to listen. e.g. like when they are driving or travelling. You can click on it to play it and below the audio is another bold blue link: ""Right-Click here to download the Audio". You can use this to download only the audio of the video as MP3 so you can listen to it on another device.
To recap: If you want the full video with the pictures and the audio, you download the VIDEO. If you only want to listen to it, then download the Audio.
Let me know if you have any further problems. Or send a screenshot to show me if you have issues.
