How many millions of rounds of artillery ammunition is being used in the Ukraine war?

I heard some interesting numbers regarding artillery round usage in the Ukraine war.

Apparently Russia wants to increase its own artillery round usage inside Russia to 2 million rounds per annum. And Ukraine also uses 2 million rounds of ammo per annum, but it comes from: (a) It’s own factories (b) Europe and (c) America.

What was quite an amazing statistic is that Russia used 10 million rounds of ammunition in the first year and a half of the war. The Russian artillery was extremely active in the beginning of the war before Himars changed the game. Himars was being used to destroy Russian artillery and that’s why Russian artillery is no longer as powerful as it was. The Ukrainians are still wiping out Russian artillery quite fast using what is known as "counter battery fire".
