History Reviewed: Special Note from Jan: Regarding Website Fixes & Changes this week

Hi Everyone,This is a note regarding HistoryReviewed and AfricanCrisis websites. They are both in bad shape with HistoryReviewed having serious problems.
I want to try and see if I can fix AfricanCrisis later today. I have been doing some work behind the scenes and I think I can make the big final changes later TODAY.
If that works, then I’m going to try and do the same thing with History Reviewed in the next day or so. History Reviewed is in very bad shape and it’s crashing a lot.
Both sides are running on a really old server with all kinds of problems and there are even dangers.
