Has the Western World EVER had TRUE DEMOCRACY? Were Hitler and Mussolini the only true White democratic leaders in Europe?

Someone on the social media said to me that President Milei was SELECTED and not elected. I responded as follows:

True! True! There is no real democracy in the West anyway. I came across a quote by Hitler where he was saying that democracy in the West was betrayed. Probably Hitler and Mussolini were the only 2 White men in Europe who were ever truly elected by their people. Did you know the President of France at the start of WW2 was a Jew? Nobody ever mentions that.
