FANTASTIC NEWS: Keep Canada White – Brad Love Acquitted on 8 of 11 Charges – My Comments

[This is awesome. It's not perfect but it's good. This man is fighting back. This is the ONLY way to do it – FIGHT BACK! The stickers were never illegal. Most of this is a bunch of total nonsense. The nasty legal stuff here are these "victim impact statements". That is HORRIFIC. We have that in South Africa too. That means the stupid "victim" can do a lot of crying and lying about how you "harmed" them. It's disgusting. Paul Fromm sent me this. Jan]

Fort McMurray, November 30. Political prisoner and citizen reporter was acquitted today on eight charges having to do with distributing “Keep Canada White” stickers, but was convicted on three counts of slashing tires. The charges are three years old. Mr. Love is incensed at the convictions. “No photographic evidence was presented that the tires had even been slashed,” he says. “There was no fingerprint or other forensic evidence that I was ever near those tires.” Mr. Love was returned to the Edmonton Remand Centre where he has been held without bail since August 22.

Sentencing is back in Fort McMurray on December 19.

There will be “victim impact statements”. For slashed tires? Brad won’t be allowed to question or challenge the “victims.” Apparently, one of the “victims” was gender fluid three years ago, but has now changed. “What does this have to do with anything?” Mr. Love demands. “The Crown is a real race hustler,” Mr. Love says. “She’d ask witnesses, ‘Are you racialized?’”

During the trial, Brad discovered that he’d been ratted out by the editor of the local newspaper, Fort McMurray Today, who had complained on previous occasions that Brad had "harassed" him by making phone calls asking pointed questions about the paper’s news coverage. The editor apparently called the police to says he knew who might be behind the "Keep Canada White" stickers, which, incidentally, were never found to be illegal.
